Learn a Little About Me

Hello and welcome! I’m Kristy, and I’m so excited to share this journey with each and every one of you. Organic Christian Living has slowly been taking shape over the last few years. It started out as quiet stirrings in my heart, and has transformed into what you see now.

I write about my faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and His word because there is nothing more important in the world to me. I cook food that I enjoy eating, most of the time it’s healthy, sometimes it’s decadent, but it’s always delicious. I discuss health and wellness because I want all of us to be good stewards over everything the Lord has entrusted to us, including our bodies. I like homemade goods and gifts so I make them for myself and the ones I love.

I live in Los Angeles with my husband, Ryan, and our two cats, Gonzo and Spooky. I’ve been a believer for as long as I can remember, but it wasn’t until a few years ago that I truly surrendered my life over to Jesus Christ. It was then that I prayed (and still do) for the Lord to direct my steps and lead me down the path He created for me. I believe He has led me here with all of you. My prayer for Organic Christian Living is to be able to spread God’s message while lending an encouraging voice to women, and helping them live lives more pleasing to God. I want us to learn from one another, grow in God’s wisdom, and for each of us to be the healthiest women we can possibly be, both physically and spiritually.

Now, I know you came here to learn a little bit about who I am, but where you will really get to know me is through my posts. The topics I choose to write about are what I’m the most passionate about. My beliefs, concerns, and thoughts are what make me the woman I am. So much of who I am is embodied here at Organic Christian Living. Feel free to take a look around and get to know me a little better. I feel very blessed to be sharing this experience with all of you, and I look forward to the future. I am curious and eager to see where God will not only lead me, but all of us in the years to come.
